e-squared is an initiative developed to:

  • Promote STEM and engineering as a career path in grade and high schools 
  • Create more engineers in Illinois 
  • Harness the collective volunteer efforts of multiple organizations to engage students in engineering

Initially formed by a joint effort of the Illinois Engineering Initiative (IEI), the American Council of Engineering Companies of Illinois (ACEC-IL), and the Illinois Society of Professional Engineers (ISPE), the vision has grown into a multi-organization partnership with engineering firms, agencies and member organizations to offer a statewide speaker’s bureau for grade, middle and schools to encourage careers in engineering.

Sponsorship is easy!  We offer options for firms, individuals and organizations.  All contributions provide direct support for training materials and operating expenses for the e-squared program.  Contributions made to the Illinois Engineering Initiative are tax deductible as a charitable expense.

Sponsorship is easy. We have two levels of sponsorship. Sponsorship dollars go to help provide training materials for our volunteers and operating expenses for the initiative.

    Lend your support to this important initiative and your firm logo will receive recognition on our website for one year  

  2. Individual Sponsor  
    Donate as an individual and receive a coveted e-squared t-shirt
